Work experience
Students in local schools and colleges are given the opportunity to experience the world of work. The team provides over 1600 quality two week work experience placements each year for students in Key Stage 4. Extended work experience placements are organised by the team for pupils following specialist vocational courses. Work experience contributes to the development of key skills, encourages maturity and self reliance and supports pupils learning into adult life.
